Dubai Science Park, the region’s leading destination in the fields of life sciences, research and development, and healthcare, announced yesterday the expansion project currently being implemented at the science park to provide more space allocated for storage and logistics services in this destination by more than 147%.
This announcement came during Dubai Science Park’s participation in the global biotechnology exhibition “Bio 2024”, which will be held in California from June 3 to 6. The project contributes to enhancing the ability of Dubai Science Park to meet the growing demand for first-class commercial spaces, in light of the increasing global trend towards the research and development sector.
The additional 200,000 square feet of new warehousing and logistics space will contribute to meeting the needs of the growing customer base at Dubai Science Park, which includes more than 500 customers, including a number of leading international companies in the fields of life sciences, energy and environment, as well as 6,500 employees. Specializing in these sciences to accelerate the pace of innovation in the field of research and development.
