The parties will discuss the needs of Ukraine. Zelensky will also make a speech at the National Assembly (the lower house of the French parliament).
Earlier, Washington Post columnist Lee Hokstader said that Russian President Vladimir Putin could respond with a blow to his French colleague’s decision to send military instructors.
