Visibilia investigation, Santanché’s strategies to maintain command of the group

News on the case Visibiliathe investigation that overwhelmed Minister Daniela Santanché. The Court of Appeal of Milan confirmed yesterday the judicial administration ordered by the Court of Milan against Visibilia Editore after complaints from the minority shareholders led by the financier Giuseppe Zeno, who reported “serious irregularities” resulting in an inspection conducted by a third-party expert. There is a detail – according to what appears to Il Fatto Quotidiano – which Visibilia Editore’s management nails it. This is the testimony given by Federica Big bottle to the prosecutors of Milan. The former manager of the publishing group spoke of the strategies thanks to which the current Tourism Minister of the Meloni government influenced the governance of the listed company which he led until 2022.

This is attested – continues Il Fatto – an email sent on 10 July 2019 by Paolo Concordia, manager of the group and accused of fraud against INPS for alleged irregularities in the use of the Covid redundancy fund in Visibilia between May 2020 and February 2022, in the line of investigation which will go to a preliminary hearing on 9 October. In that email – according to what appears to Il Fatto – the payment request of over 38 thousand euros from a creditor was transferred by Concordia to other managers and to Massimo Cipriani with the message “I’ll copy our lawyer Cipriani, who they deal with the practice“. And the proof of the link between Visibilia and Cipriani: in the meeting of 23 July of the following year the lawyer was the only one elected to the board of directorsas “independent”, of the three candidates on Luca’s list Ruffino (the manager who became president of Visibilia in February 2023, and who took his own life on August 6), together with two of the majority list of Visibilia Editore Holding Srl, Santanchè and Kunz.
