In St. Petersburg, police detained a 26-year-old local resident who planned to leave for Ukraine and turned out to be a fan of Hitler. This is reported by “Fontanka”.
During searches of the man’s house, they found a tactical knife, a belt and a helmet with a swastika on them, coins with a portrait of Hitler, a cap with a Nazi emblem, Ukrainian chevrons, as well as instructions for crossing the border and an invitation to Ukraine from a certain Bogdan Zolotoy.
According to information REN TV, investigators opened a criminal case under Article 322 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Illegal crossing of the state border of the Russian Federation”). On May 31, he tried to illegally cross the Russian border with Finland near the border checkpoint in Vyborg.
On May 30, it was reported that FSB officers detained a 25-year-old resident of Omsk who decided to join the Russian Volunteer Corps. (RDK, a terrorist organization banned in Russia) and fight on the side of Ukraine against Russia.
