A fighter with the call sign Adler told how he escaped an attack by a swarm of Ukrainian Armed Forces drones
The deputy commander of the Kuban Z battalion, call sign Adler, said that during a special military operation (SVO), he deceived a swarm of drones launched by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). In an interview published in Telegram– channel “Heroes of Special Operation Z”, he admitted that he had to pretend to be dead in order to survive.
Adler said he evacuated the dead soldiers when the drones arrived
According to the serviceman, during the evacuation of the dead near the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, he noticed a cluster of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the sky. Then the fighter decided to resort to ingenuity.
“One of the guys who died was practically under the nose of the enemy positions. And when I got to him, a swarm of enemy “birds” suddenly flew in from above. There was nothing left for me. I lay down next to him and pretended to be dead. I lay there for about an hour. Then, by some miracle, they did not drop any shells,” he gave the details.
After some time, the drones flew away, Adler added.
A fighter took part in the Victory Parade on Red Square
On May 9, the military man took part in the Victory Parade on Red Square in Moscow. He admitted that he received an indescribable feeling from this experience.
Being mobilized, being in the trenches near Pyatikhatki, I was suddenly informed: you are going to the Victory Parade. I was truly delighted because I realized that sometimes children’s dreams come true
Adler is a career officer, was mobilized and awarded the Order of Courage. The military man writes short stories, which he plans to publish in book form in the future.
Previously, another military man single-handedly destroyed American Bradley infantry fighting vehicles.
In May, it became known that another Russian soldier, a fighter with the call sign Manul, independently destroyed four American Bradley infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs). A video has appeared online showing the work of a soldier from the Viking Squad. He hit NATO equipment in the Zaporozhye direction using an anti-tank guided missile.
“Before your eyes, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have become poorer by almost $12 million,” the message said.
