Slavic Magic released a Major Manor Lords updatewhich we remind you is still in early access, which solves various technical problems and completely overhauls the economic system of the game. New objects and some features are also added, so much so that the developer recommends starting a new save to see all the changes, perhaps removing the installed mods to avoid compatibility problems.
For those who don’t know it, Manor Lords is a medieval-themed city builder with strategic Total War elements. It was launched in April and became an instant hit one of the best-selling PC games of the year, with extremely positive reviews from the public and great praise from critics. Of course, being in Early Access it still has some issues to work out, but nothing that can’t be addressed.
Lots of news
The new update is 0.7.972 and it really changes a lot of things, adding for example the interregional trade via trading outposts, or periods of mourning for the deceased. Also added are new crown taxes, armor variants, a new version of the large barn, and more. In short, there is a lot to try, also considering the rebalancing of resources and agriculture.
At the push of the community, changes were also introduced, such as increasing the weight that can be carried by workers in the commercial outposts and increasing the fertility of the land. In general the experience was made slightly less difficult, which will make novices or those who don’t want to stress out too much while playing. Naturally there are also new features from a technical point of view, such as the elimination of some glitches and the possibility of selecting the upscaling system.
