The president of United States, Joe Biden criticized Donald Trump this Friday for questioning the American justice system and say that his trial was rigged, after receiving a historic guilty verdict from a New York jury.
“It is reckless, dangerous and irresponsible for anyone to say this was rigged, just because they don’t like the verdict,” He said from the White House in a speech announced this Friday and which aimed to talk about the situation in the Middle East.
Biden spoke a day after Trump’s criminal trial in New York found that is guilty of all 34 charges he faced for falsifying business records to silence a relationship he had with porn actress Stormy Daniels.
“Our court system is almost 250 years old and is literally the cornerstone of America. The justice system must be respected and we must never allow anyone to tear it down. “That’s America, that’s what we are and what we always will be, God willing,” Biden added.
The president stressed that the jury reached a unanimous verdict, it was made up of 12 ordinary American citizens, and that their choice was the same as that followed “with all juries in the United States.”

For 35 minutes, Trump launched into a string of insults, unconfirmed allegations and nonsense, a reflection of his obvious anger. “It was very unfair…they saw what happened to some of the witnesses on our side. They literally crucified them,” Trump said.
After referring to his opponents as “sick” and “fascists,” he left without leaving room for questions.
Biden’s re-election campaign team He earlier lashed out at Trump, calling him “desperate” and “confused.”
“America has just witnessed a confused, desperate and defeated Donald Trump ramble about his own personal grievances and lie about the American justice system,” Michale Tyler, the president’s campaign manager, said in a statement.

The criticism and the verdict, however, do not seem to affect Trump’s campaign. In facthis campaign team said this Friday that he had raised $35 million in small donations online, after being found guilty in a historic verdict that, he assured, revived his support “like never before” five months before the presidential elections.
The record figure was nearly double the next best day of campaign fundraising on WinRed, the Republican Party’s official donation platform, according to aides.
”Corrupt (President) Joe Biden and the Democrats with their political witch hunt of election interference have awakened the MAGA movement like never before,” campaign contributors Chris LaCivita and Susie Wiles said in a statement, referring to the Trump movement. “Make America Great Again.”
