A new PlayStation Showcase will be held today that will give us a great look at the games coming to PlayStation 5 and PlayStation VR2 throughout the second half of the year, both third and first party. As it was expected, A leak has emerged that gives us an idea of the type of content we will see today.
In accordance with Shpeshal_Nickwho in the past has shared accurate information, the presentation will not be so special for some, although it still has a couple of interesting surprises. These would be the games announced today:
- Where Winds Meet
- Until Dawn
- AstroBot (sequel?)
- Monster Hunter Wilds
- God of War Ragnarök PC
- concord
- Aliens VR
- Marvel Rivals Console Port Announcement
- A new Five Nights at Freddy’s
- A new Dynasty Warrior
- Path of Exile 2
- Silent Hill 2 Remake
- Phantom Blade Zero
- “A new game from the Middle East”
PlayStation mentioned that in the State of Play we will not only see third-party ads, but we would also know a little about what PlayStation Studios are working on, and the leak could disappoint more than one. Instead of sequels to great games, It looks like today’s event will focus on new projects, such as concordports to PC, such as God of War: Ragnarökand a delivery of AstroBotsomething that has been rumored in recent weeks.
Notably, it has been mentioned that the game of Horizon x LEGO I would not be present at this event, but it would be revealed at the Summer Game Fest. On the third party side, the list has an interesting selection. Notably, we would have a new trailer for the remake of Silent Hill 2this minutes before seeing him again in the Silent Hill presentation shortly after.
We can only wait to find out if this leak was right, or left out. Remember, The new State of Play will take place today at 4:00 PM (Mexico City time). On related topics, you can learn more about this event here. Likewise, Days of Play are back.
Author’s Note:
The list looks, nothing special, but interesting. However, I don’t think Silent Hill 2 and Monster Hunter Wilds have some kind of presence here. Both titles could be the focus of presentations by their respective companies, or appear at the Summer Game Fest, which will likely have a larger audience.
