When the 2024 presidential campaigns end
The three candidates for President of Mexico have until next Wednesday, May 29, to close their campaignsaccording to the calendar of the National Electoral Institute (INE).
The same calendar establishes that once the proselytizing period by the candidates has concluded, the electoral ban stage arrives, heading towards June 2, which begins immediately on Thursday, May 30.
So far it is known that the candidate of the ‘Let’s keep making History’ coalition, Claudia Sheinbaum revealed that she will use the Zócalo Capitalino on May 29where at 4:00 p.m. he will give a final message to his followers, in what he has planned to close his campaign.
For its part, Xóchitl Gálvez, the PRI-PAN-PRD candidate, has not yet wanted to announce the date of the final closing of her electoral campaignl. He only stated that he would like it to be in his place of origin, that is, the state of Hidalgo.
Finally, Jorge Álvarez Máynez revealed that he will end his work tour on May 21 at the Plaza de Armas, located in the municipality of Gómez Palacio, Durango, where it is expected that the square will be dressed in orange.
