For the psychologist bonus “There are still about fifteen days to submit applications and it is important that everyone who needs them applies, because then the rankings will be made.” This was highlighted to Adnkronos Salute by David Lazzari, president of the National Council of the Order of Psychologists (CNOP), taking stock of the ongoing initiative. There expiration to request the bonus is set for May 31st.
“The need that exists clearly emerges”, reasons Lazzari, on the occasion of the European Mental Health Week. In the last ‘edition’ of the measure, he recalls, “over 400 thousand applications were submitted and this time I believe that more or less the same figure will be reached, given the fact that only a part” of the requests will then be financed. “All these questions are further confirmation of a very widespread need”, he concludes.
The requirements to obtain the bonus
People suffering from depression, anxiety, stress and psychological fragility, who are in a position to benefit from a psychotherapeutic process, can access the service.
Starting from 2023, the benefit is recognized only once for each year to individuals in possession of:
residence in Italy;
Valid ISEE value not exceeding 50,000 euros.
Where to apply
The application can be submitted by May 31, 2024, via online service or Contact center.
INPS takes care of receiving and managing applications for the benefit, drawing up the rankings, broken down by Region and Autonomous Province of residence of the beneficiaries, and the subsequent obligations.
