X-Men 97 It’s already over and just as it gave us very memorable moments that we enjoyed throughout the story, it also gave us a lot of Fan Service… Maybe too much. They gave us bad habits and now we don’t know how we’re going to get over it!
This last episode of X-Men 97 that closed the mini arc of Tolerance Equals Extinction allowed us to see a good number of cameos that really make the Marvel Animation universe really vast and great.

From Peter Parker to King T’Chaka: these were the most notable cameos of X-Men 97
We asked a lot and they fulfilled it. One of the best cameos we saw right at the end of X-Men 97 was, without a doubt, the one starring Mary Jane Watson, Flash Thompson and Peter Parke from the 90’s Spider-Man series. Technically it was a trip back in time to see them again.
Another notable cameo that will lead to more stories, if they take advantage of the character, is that of Omega Red, an eternal rival of Wolverine who fights against several of the Prime Sentinels that Bastion frees.
One of the most beloved mutants, especially for her constant appearances in Capcom games, is Psylocke, who now made an appearance against the sentinels of Bastion.
The Avengers also made an appearance at the end of X-Men 97, not that they did much, as they were just protecting the President of the United States. Their participation will be worth it as long as we end up seeing them facing the mutants in a future story.
Another very worthy moment within X-Men 97 was to see Jean Gray call Phoenix. Maybe we didn’t see her as much as we would have liked, however, her appearance was enough to put a stop to Sinister, who had already annoyed both Jean and his clone before, Madelyne Pryor.
Last but not least, let’s not lose sight of the participation of King T’Chaka who warns the president of the United States what will happen due to his actions.
