US presidential election|The first election debate will be held on June 27 and will be hosted by the CNN television channel.
Stateside incumbent president Joe Biden and former president Donald Trump agree on the times of televised debates on Wednesday. They are the likely presidential candidates of their parties.
The first election debate will be held on June 27 and will be hosted by the CNN television channel. The time of the second debate, on the other hand, is September 10, and it is organized by the ABC television channel.
Biden made it a condition of his participation that a live audience would not be included in the debates, which at least CNN said he agreed to.
At issue is the first time presidential candidates have bucked decades of debate tradition. Namely, the two candidates will not take part in the three-part debates of the Commission on Presidential Debates organization, which have been organized since 1988.
An independent candidate is also not included in the debates Robert F. Kennedy Junior or other candidates.
