“To harmonize the reform with the modifications to the Organic Law of the Banco del Bienestar, it proposes that the PEF establish a percentage for the consideration for the financial services provided that the indicated financial institution must receive, which will be 1.5 percent. percent of the amount approved for distribution, in accordance with the provisions applicable to each social program in the corresponding fiscal year,” is detailed in the document sent by President López Obrador to the Congress of the Union.
In this sense, the proposed legislative amendment plans to add to article 75 of the aforementioned law that the Federal Expenditure Budget (PEF) will have to “indicate the programs through which cash subsidies are granted, whose delivery must be carried out through the use of personal bank accounts opened at the Banco del Bienestar”.
