The races are also organized by the Supreme Organizing Committee, in cooperation with the French horse racing authority, France Gallup.
The Emirati-French Carnival will witness the holding of 10 rounds, including a race for purebred hybrid horses, in addition to a race for the Cup of His Highness the President of the State for purebred Arabian horses, which will witness the participation of the elite horses and stables in the strongest race, as the meeting of the mighty will bring together a group of champion horses with the most prominent presence in the stage scene. The coronation, where a group of the best fast horses compete for the title of His Highness the President of the State’s Cup for Arabian Horses in the race, which is held for a distance of 2000 meters in the first category and is designated for colts and fillies aged four years and above, with a total prize pool of 100 thousand euros, and with the participation of the elite Arabian horse studs in France and Europe.
Standing at the forefront of the candidates to win the precious cup is the horse “RB King Maker”, champion of the Cup of His Highness the President of the State for Purebred Arabian Horses for the first category at the Abu Dhabi Racecourse last February, and descends from “Basq Al Khalidiya and RB Royal Madam Bint Majd Al Arab”, owned by the National Stables and under the supervision of Trainer Hilal Al-Alawi, led by jockey Christian Demuro. The list also includes “Mosharraf” by owner Khalifa bin Shuail Al-Kuwari, under the supervision of trainer Thomas Forsey and under the leadership of jockey Maxime Guyon, next to “Socrates” by owner Sheikh Saad bin Suhail Bahwan Al-Mukhaini, under the supervision of trainer Eric Delufa and led by jockey Ortiz. Mendzabel, “Mawarid” owned by Al Shaqab Racing and under the supervision of coach Jean de Meul and led by jockey Christophe Sommellow, “Riffa” owned by Mohammed bin Fahd Al Attiyah and under the supervision of trainer François Rohut and led by jockey Stephane Pasquier. The Emirates Jeans French Colt Race witnesses the participation of 13 horses in the challenge race for the best colts in the world, which is held over a distance of 1,600 metres, at the age of three years, with the most expensive prizes at 650,000 euros for the first category, at the Long Champ track, in one of the strongest international horse racing confrontations. 15 horses will also participate in the “Emirates Jeans French Fillies” race, which is held over a distance of 1,600 meters for the first category, with prizes worth 550,000 euros.
