The media published the names of three victims of a bus crash into the Moika in St. Petersburg. As Izvestia learned, there were three people among them: two women and one man.
One of the women, Marina Yu., born in 1995, is a native of Kazakhstan. The second woman, Elena Sh., born in 1982, and another man, Andrey R., born in 1968, are residents of St. Petersburg. The publication’s interlocutor also said that one of the dead was a man of 30-40 years old. His identity has not yet been established. Seven people were killed in the accident.
There are five people on the list of victims. This is Tamara G., born in 1952, a native of the Tver region, 65-year-old Alexey Kh., living in St. Petersburg, Dmitry L., born in 1988, as well as two unknown women who appear to be about 60 years old.

Earlier it became known that the cost of the funeral would be covered by a bus route operating company called “Taxi”. In addition, the families of the victims and the injured will receive appropriate insurance payments. “They will also be provided with the necessary assistance from the carrier,” the message says. It is also clarified that a comprehensive inspection of the carrier company has begun.
According to the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, prompt assistance is being provided to the victims. Beglov personally coordinates the work of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, police and doctors.

There were about 20 passengers on the bus at the time of the fall. According to preliminary information, the driver of the vehicle lost control, and a 44-year-old man is now detained. The driver of the car was also detained.
A criminal case has been opened into the incident. The Chairman of the Investigative Committee (IC) Alexander Bastrykin took the investigation of the case under personal control.
