A resident of the Sumy region ended up in intensive care after a visit to the military registration and enlistment office, reports Ukrainian publication “Strana.ua”.
It is noted that a 55-year-old man came to the territorial recruitment center (TCC, an analogue of the military registration and enlistment office) to undergo a medical examination, during which it turned out that he had scars on his heart. Apart from this, he also suffers from back problems and high blood pressure. However, despite this, the Ukrainian was considered fit for service.
