Solomon Chertorivskycandidate for the Head of Government of Mexico City by Movimiento Ciudadano, has presented a set of firm proposals to combat corruption, a problem that, according to him, affects all levels of government and the administration of resources in the capital.
With a 25-year career in public service without allegations of corruption, Chertorivski emphasizes the need for comprehensive reform to ensure transparency and government efficiency.
Chertorivski proposes four key measures to eradicate corruption:
1. Implementation of the Local Anti-Corruption System: Effectively review and activate the local anti-corruption system, ensuring that it functions in accordance with the mandates of the Constitution.
2. 360 Transparency: Establish a system of total transparency where every peso of the government budget will be clearly tracked and justified, allowing citizens to know where and how public funds are used.
3. Social Programs with Rigorous Audits: Guarantee that social programs are not only evaluated effectively, but also have audited records to prevent their use in political campaigns or partisan interests.
4. Professional Career Service: Develop a system where public officials enter and promote based on merit and professional skills, not on political or personal affinities.
