'I'm not begging', Luis Font, from founding the group Locomía, to singing in the Madrid metro

In the 80's, the brothers Xavier and Luis Font founded Locomía, a Spanish electro-pop musical group that had great success at the end of that decade and the beginning of the 90's., in Spain and Latin America. Something that characterized them were their catchy songs, their extravagant costumes and their choreography using large hand fans. Those years of range that its members enjoyed are today a beautiful memory.

Currently, the Spanish singer Luis Font, 55 years old and one of the founders of Locomía, sings on the subway in Madrid, Spain. Upon his return to this Spanish city he found few opportunities in the music scene, so he has looked for other alternatives to make a living. But also, so that his passion for music remains alive, she made the decision to sing on said means of transportation.

“I was scared the first few days,” he said.
