The animation of X-Men 97 It took all Disney Plus users who follow the story religiously by surprise, because not only is it a notable continuation of a series that amazed us in the 90's, all the narrative aspects are standing out.
Episode 5 of X-Men 97 which is called Don't forget, we saw how a group of the X-Men visited the newly recognized nation of Genosha where pure mutants live. Everything seemed like a deep story in which there was romance and politics at the same time, however, a catastrophe occurred.
The mother of all sentinels put not only Charles Xavier's disciples in check, she also took several civilian mutants who could not defend themselves against such a threat. Among the deaths are several protagonists who sacrificed themselves in that unfortunate moment.
This does not lead to the publication of a new trailer for the Marvel Animation series which recapitulates many of the events that occurred throughout the series to find us a surprise.

The aforementioned advance shows us several events that have occurred so far in X-Men 97 among them the arrival of Lord Sinister, Magneto dealing with politicking in Genosha, the mutants confronting the sentinels and more.
Among those extras where we see Wolverine team up with Nightcrawler and Storm trying to regain her powers, Captain America's shield appears at someone's feet.
The latter means several things:
- That Steve Rogers himself will be in X-Men 97.
- The possible appearance of more than one of the Avengers.
- Same and we have Falcon instead of Steve Rogers.
- It could be Morpho.
We are going to have to wait a little longer to find out what will happen with the series, either in the next episode or, failing that, later.
