Terror on board a ferry bound for Koh Tao, a famous resort in Thailand, which caught fire. The tourists also had difficulty jumping into the sea as flames and smoke quickly invaded the boat. There were dozens of travelers on board. The fire broke out in the engine room about three nautical miles from Koh Tao at dawn. Footage shows a cloud of smoke engulfing the ship as panicked tourists don life jackets and wait for help. The coast guard rescued the 97 tourists and 11 crew members before fire engulfed the bow of the ferry. Several passengers were taken to hospital for smoke inhalation.
