The closing ceremony, which was attended by His Excellency Mounir Al Shakhanbeh, the camp’s security director, began with clear verses from the Holy Quran, followed by the refugees’ speech, delivered by Ahmed Shteiwi, during which he thanked the Emirates Red Crescent Authority for its efforts in providing all the refugees’ needs. It is worth noting that since the establishment of the camp in 2013, the Ramadan session has been held annually for Syrian refugees.
