As we saw during the recent Capcom Highlights event, Monster Hunter Stories is coming back with an edition remasteredwhich also presents itself in these hours with a presentation trailer official, visible below.
There exit date on PS4, PC and Nintendo Switch was announced during the same event, set for June 14, 2024, as is also reiterated in the trailer in question.
It is a faithful re-edition from the point of view of contents but completely reworked as regards the graphics with an appearance more in line with modern standards and some additional extras.
New features
In addition to the completely updated and high definition graphics, the new Monster Hunter Stories also features dubbed dialogues and, among the extras, a museum with over 200 illustrations and sketches and a jukebox where you can listen to the game's soundtrack, for the first time with surround sound.
Unlike the standard series, Monster Hunter Stories is a spin-off that has a peculiar structure compared to the norm, structuring itself as an action adventure with almost Pokémon-like elements.
It is a sort of adventure with turn-based battles which, unlike the regular series, sees us mainly engaged in creature recruitment and training to fight alongside us, rather than in the hunt, all supported by a certain narrative base and a more cartoonish look than what we usually see in Monster Hunter.
