In Performance modeSkull and Bones runs at native 720p upscaled to 1440p on both PS5 and Xbox Series they detect drops in particular on PS5 and Xbox Series S, where the game even drops to around 50 fps in some cases.
FSR2 uncertainties
The upscale system used isAMD FSR2which however proves to be far from perfect in this case, creating a series of graphic artefacts that ruin the quality of the image, creating “breakages” of the image, shimmering and more, also ruining the system of reflections on the water regarding Series S.
There quality mode it brings the resolution to native 4K on Xbox Series
In this mode, however, the 30 fps is not satisfying, demonstrating a certain lag and poor response to commands and making the Performance mode largely preferable, despite its graphic problems.
In general, various problems emerge which seem largely linked to the use of FSR2 between reflections and other effects, but there are also some drawbacks in the textures, which in some cases appear of fluctuating quality and more.
