The Judicial Training Institute, affiliated with the Ministry of Justice, revealed that the total number of trainees who underwent its legal, judicial and general programs last year reached 10,500 trainees, stressing its keenness to prepare and develop national judicial and legal cadres, through the best international practices in judicial and legal training. The institute stated that it provided training programs at the highest levels last year, as the number reached 113 diverse training programs, distributed between 27 workshops and general programs, 51 programs for members of the judiciary, and 35 programs for judges’ assistants.
The Institute reviewed its achievements over the past year, noting that it had accredited six legal professional qualifications, and organized five conferences and workshops, in the implementation of which it sought the help of an elite group of the best experts and specialized partners.
He stated that the number of issued legislations that he published amounted to 43, the number of judicial police courses reached 22 sessions, and the number of lawyers’ courses reached six sessions.
In 2022, the National Qualifications Center, affiliated with the Ministry of Education, granted the accreditation certificate to the Judicial Training Institute in the Ministry of Justice, after the institute completed the technical requirements and conditions for accreditation by the Center as an awarding and accrediting body for professional qualifications in the judicial and legal sector, to carry out oversight of training institutions.
