Many were waiting for the Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree expansion to be presented, so much so that after the presentation trailer even the base game began to rack up big numbers, returning to the upper levels of Steam's global top 10.
More precisely, Elden Ring is in fourth position, below Last Epoch, Steam Deck (which is a story in itself) and Helldivers 2. Shadow of the Erdtree is instead in sixth position, immediately below Le Mans Ultimate, another new feature of these hours.
Interesting, even if not very marked, is the growth in the number of contemporary Elden Ring players, which after the presentation of the expansion reached peaks of around 70,000. Not many more than usual, given that Elden Ring has maintained a good active user base, despite the two years that have passed since its launch, but it is still a movement that must be recorded.
For the rest, we remind you that Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree will be available starting from June 20, 2024.
