The veteran coach Roy Hodgson who at 76 years old directs Crystal Palace, a team where Colombians Daniel Muñoz and Jéfferson Lerma play,, He felt unwell during a training session for his club and was hospitalized this Thursday.
The south London club announced the situation experienced by the veteran coach, stating that he is in a “stable” condition.

A former Palace player, Hodgson became a coach in the mid-1970s, especially managing Inter Milan and Liverpool during his career. He was also the coach of England and Switzerland.
He returned to Crystal Palace during the 2022-2023 season, after a previous stage (2017-2021).
This season his team is in trouble: it has only won six league games and is fifteenth in the table, five points above the relegation zone.
According to the British press, The Crystal Palace management has decided to dismiss him and the name of Oliver Glasner, formerly of Eintracht Frankfurt, is being mentioned as an eventual replacement.

The figures of Lerma and Muñoz this season in the Premier
Lerma, 29, arrived at Crystal Palace in mid-2023 from Bournemouth. He has made 19 games in the Premier League, all as a starter, and scored one goal.
For his part, Muñoz, 27 years old, is the club's most recent addition. He already played two games with the Crystal Palace shirt.
