The Secretary of Foreign Relations (SRE) has committed to coordinating the transfer of the mortal remains of Obed Beltrán Sáncheza 35-year-old migrant from Puebla who was fatally wounded in the middle of a shooting in a subway station in Bronx County, New York.
The tragic news was confirmed by the governor of Puebla, Sergio Salomón Céspedes, who revealed that he had a conversation with the consul general of Mexico in New York, Jorge Islas López, to guarantee a quick return of the remains to their place of origin.

The unfortunate event occurred on February 12 when Obed Beltrán Sánchez, construction worker and resident in the United States for more than a yearwas at the Mount Eden metro station.
