As previously mentioned, those who do not redeem it by March 4th will have the opportunity to purchase it starting from the day following the introductory price of €29.99.

Square Enix's foam-based 4v4 shooter is available through March 4 at no additional cost to PS+ subscribers Season 1, “Starburst,” begins today
Milan (6 February 2024) – SQUARE ENIX® released today FOAMSTARS™, its new 4v4 foam shooter, exclusively on PlayStation®5 (PS5®) and PlayStation®4 (PS4®) as PlayStation®Plus' monthly February game. PlayStation Plus subscribers can redeem FOAMSTARS, download and play it at no additional cost until March 4, 2024. Anyone who redeems the game during this period will have it available in their PlayStation®Plus library and will be able to continue playing it as long as they have an active subscription.

Season One: Starburst
FOAMSTARS starts with Season 1, “Starburst”a content-packed foam party that includes the following events:
- Ranking party: Climb the leaderboard of FOAMSTARS competing in two limited-time seasonal events, Lone star chart party for single player play e Tribal style chart party in teams.
- Extreme party: challenge other players in two special themed modes: the Themed party Mel Tin which everyone fights while controlling Mel T, and the Invisible partyin which everyone is invisible.
- Happy FriYAY Festival: An event playable on select weekends with no winners and losers that offers the opportunity to experience Rocco Parrocco, the next season of FOAMSTAR.
Seasons of FOAMSTARS
FOAMSTARS will be updated with free seasonal themed content over the course of a year. A Season lasts approximately five weeks and adds a new character and an assortment of maps, events, and cosmetic items. Each Season includes a new Season pass, in which players will have to progress by earning experience points (XP) through combat, missions and challenges to unlock various rewards. All players will have immediate access to the new modes and maps so they can always join the party FOAMSTARS, plus the ability to unlock new characters by progressing through levels and completing challenges. It is available at the price of €5.99 a piece Premium Season Passwhich allows you to immediately unlock the characters of the Season pass and obtain additional Season-specific cosmetic items.
From March 5, 2024, FOAMSTARS will be available for €29.99 on PlayStation™Store and will require a PlayStation Plus subscription.
