Fate/stay night REMASTERED was announced by Type-Moon and Aniplex for PC and Nintendo Switch: The remastered version of the visual novel originally published in 2004 will be available later this year.
First chapter of a series that has given rise to various productions, most recently the excellent Fate/Samurai Remnant musou, the game tells the story of Shiro Emiyaa boy who ends up involved in a tournament of fighting wizards competing to obtain the Holy Grail.
Shiro trains hard to control the power of magic and is one day saved by Saberfascinating reincarnation of Arturia Pendragon as well as the girl who appears in the most famous artworks dedicated to Fate/stay night.
Also manga and anime
If it is true that the Fate franchise was born in 2004 on PC, without ever leaving Japanese borders, at the same time the Type-Moon title attempted the path of cross-media, also becoming a manga over time (several manga, actually ) and a successful anime.
