While the report of the expert committee appointed by the court showed that the defendant is the one responsible for managing the estate according to the power of attorney issued by the heirs, to collect the revenues of a public house and a farm, and that the net revenues of the farm during the period from 2009 amounted to 209 thousand and 601 dirhams, and that the plaintiff’s share of those revenues amounted to 28 One thousand and 768 dirhams. As for the revenues of the public housing, it is included in the rental value.
For its part, the court explained in the merits of its ruling that the expert committee reached a conclusion that determined the plaintiff’s share of the farm revenues.
