Hamburg – Due to a technical malfunction, train services at Hamburg Central Station are currently suspended. “The train radio has been down in the Hamburg main station area since shortly after 8 a.m. As a result, it is currently not possible to reach the main train station. This means that regional and long-distance trains have to turn around early or are rerouted if possible,” said a spokesman for Deutsche Bahn to the German Press Agency.
The cause was initially unclear. The technicians are already on site and are working hard to resolve the problem. The disruption affects the Hamburg node. The S-Bahn is not affected. “The S-Bahn trains are running,” said the spokesman. dpa
