Iran’s top religious leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, published a message on X (formerly Twitter) in Hebrew in the early hours of this Friday, in which he says that Israel lies to its citizens about the development of the conflict with the Islamist organization Hamas and assures that it will be “destroyed in days without the help of the United States.”

“The Zionist entity (for Israel) is lying to you, and He also lies when he expressed concern for his prisoners to the Palestinians.. But he also destroys them with the bombings he carries out,” says Khamenei in the message collected by the Israeli newspaper Haaretz.
In a separate publication, the Iranian cleric assures that “the Zionist regime will be paralyzed in a matter of days without help from the United States.” Both Hamas and the Lebanese group Hezbollah receive Iranian financing and are considered terrorists by both the European Union and the United States.
The leader of Hezbollah, Sayyed Nasrallah, assured on social networks that this Friday he will broadcast a speech, the first since the conflict involving Israel and pro-Iranian Islamist movements exploded.
Iran has woven a network of allies in the Middle East with support for countries and militias known clike the Axis of Resistance that allow it to extend its influence to Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, Yemen and the Gaza Strip, and which now threatens Israel.
