There is no shortage of electric supercars. We are spoiled with cars like the Pininfarina Battista, Lotus Evija, Rimac Nevera and then Porsche is also working on the Mission X. And that is just the tip of the iceberg. Perhaps one day there will also be one from Polestar. Then it might look like the Polestar Synergy.
Every year, Polestar organizes its own design competition for students. The Synergy was born on the basis of three designs. The names of the young designers can be found next to the glass dome. As a reward, Polestar has brought the Synergy to life. Or yes, a full-scale model was built. Unfortunately, no four electric motors that are good for more than 2,000 hp.
Polestar Kart
A Polish student designed a smaller Polestar for the track: the Polestar Kart. The little racer’s idea is that when it’s not being used on the track, it can “become part of the local power grid.” Polestar boss Ingenlath looks at the scene with satisfaction: “This proves once again that electric cars – real or scale models – can be just as, if not more exciting than their combustion engine counterparts.”
In addition to the announcement of the Polestar Synergy, Volvo’s sister brand shares that it is entering into a partnership with Hot Wheels. In the future you will also be able to buy new models from Polestar in miniature format as special ones Hot Wheels or if Matchbox collector’s item. The designs from the Polestar Design Content are used as inspiration for the Hot Wheelsmodels.
