Former President Donald Trump remains the favorite of the Republican electorate in the United States, indicates a new poll conducted by the Wall Street Journal. Even facing accusations in the Justice of his country, Trump is mentioned as the favorite to run in the next presidential elections by 59% of the electorate that identifies with the Republican Party.

The vast majority of Republicans believe that the accusations made against Trump are not true. Without the cut by ideological affinity, Trump appears technically tied with the current American president in the new measurement. His voting intentions add up to 40%, while Joe Biden scores with 39%. Those who declare themselves undecided total 17%, while the other candidates added up to no more than 3%.
