Said Yassin (Cairo)
Mohamed Saad returns to the Ramadan drama after an absence of 9 years, through the series “Al-Hajj X-Lance”, where he embodies the personality of a car parts dealer who is exposed to many crises, his business collapses, and he seeks to overcome his problems and the problems of those around him in a way that he believes is right, but he implicates himself. In many problems with everyone who deals with him.
Mahmoud Kamel, the director of the work, told Al-Ittihad that Saad embodies a completely new personality for him, during the series, which consists of 30 episodes, and co-starring Sherine Wizo, Ahmed Fathi, Ibram Samir and Hassan Abdel-Fattah.
Kamel denied the existence of any similarity between the work and the series “Excellence” presented by Ahmed Ezz in 2014, and said that “X-Lance” is a common word in the Egyptian slang and anyone has the right to use it, and the title may be changed if a better name is found.
Saad had focused, during his career, on cinema and presented a large number of films, and in return a few series, including “Shams Al-Ansari”, “Al-Faggala”, “The Hurricane”, “The New Street”, “The House of Beauty” and “Who Does Not Love?” Fatima,” “The Story of a City,” and “And the Nile Still Flows.”
