Ukrainians asked President Zelensky to block Strana.ua
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky should consider a petition demanding to block and completely stop the cooperation of state bodies with the Strana.ua publication. This is reported TASS.
The petition, which was posted on the website of the Ukrainian leader, received the number of votes necessary for consideration by the president. “Ensure proper blocking and complete cessation of cooperation between government agencies and the pro-Russian publication strana.ua,” says the author of the document.
The author of the requirements recalled that on February 16, Zelensky imposed sanctions against this Internet resource by his decree, but the president’s decision is not implemented by all providers. The petition was registered on September 28 and received more than 25,000 votes.
Earlier, a petition appeared on the website of Volodymyr Zelensky demanding to translate the Ukrainian language into the Latin alphabet. Its authors did not name specific reasons for this, but stated that there were enough of them.
