Attracting doctors, nurses, radiology and laboratory technicians, increasingly essential to guarantee the quality and efficiency of services for citizens and tourists in Trentino. This is the goal of the ‘Trentino for Talent Health’ communication campaign, promoted by the APSS of the Autonomous Province of Trento, to intercept young doctors in specialization or specialization and more generally health professionals, through social channels, sector newspapers, blogs. , websites, and national reference communities.
“It is the first time that we have invested in an initiative of this type that comes after an important analysis work on the levers of attractiveness – says Antonio Ferro, general manager of Apss – with the creation of a welcome team which is our first ticket. for visits to potential new professionals “. Ferro remembers how “the type of recruitment” has undergone a metamorphosis: “before the job offers were published in the Bur, today it no longer works like this”. The communication campaign, starting today, 18 October, was conceived and implemented with the support of Trentino Sviluppo.
