“Some dreams, they come to an end, so with sadness I announce the need to hang up my boots due to the medical advice I have received, ”Mwepu detailed on his Instagram account.
The Brighton team has announced that it will support the Zambian footballer in whatever he needs throughout this process that is coming to attend to his health, which at the moment is the number one priority.
Mwepu began his career with Kafue Celtic in Lusaka before being signed to the 2013 Airtel Rising Stars. In June 2017 he joined the red bull salzburg and was loaned to FC Liefering who played in the Austrian First League.
