Apart from the final outcome of the drivers’ championship, with F2 not yet proclaiming the winner in the team standings, the Monza Sprint Race proved to be joyful also for Juri Vips, for the first time winner this season. The Estonian made the most of a disastrous start of Logan Sargeant, who remained stationary on the grid despite the pole position. Due to this mistake, the American also lost the podium in favor of Frederik Vesti and Jehan Daruvala.
