Mexico City.- With the same scheme of a real estate operation with a deceased person, the PAN deputy Enrique Vargas acquired a property of 3 thousand 762 square meters in Huixquilucanwhere he built a fortress and his Ranch.
But last February he sold it for 12 million pesos, to the state president of the PAN and current deputy Anuar Roberto Azar Figueroa.
In September 2017, when he was Mayor of Huixquilucan, the PAN member bought the property at Paseo de los Ciruelos 8, from Elisa Arzaluz Gutiérrez who, according to death certificate 8675397 of the State of Mexico, had died on November 25, 1981 at the 76 years.
Vargas acquired the property for 790 thousand pesos, that is, he paid 210 pesos per square meter, a price well below what the land was quoted at the time, which was around 700 pesos.
The PAN member raised a wall of almost five meters around the property and built stables, a stable, a chapel and decorated with a large fountain and benches that have the letters “Rancho Vargas” inscribed on them.
