“I have spoken with Casemiro and he wants a new challenge. We understand his decision,” Ancelotti commented at the press conference on Friday.
According to The Guardian, the transfer amount is around 60 million euros, to which another ten million can be added as various success and performance bonuses.
Casemiro, 30, has agreed a four-year deal, according to The Guardian.
Brazilian the move can be considered quite surprising, as ManU is not playing in the Champions League this season, but in the Europa League. Casemiro has won the Champions League no less than five times.
