American entrepreneur and co-creator of the dating app Tinder, Sean Red, bought the estate that belonged to the late famous actress Yvette Mimo. This is reported Dirt.
The former estate of the artist is located in the prestigious residential area of Bel Air in Los Angeles. The entrepreneur paid $35 million (more than two billion rubles) for the facility. There are two houses on the estate with their own plots, they also have different addresses.

The larger of the two houses was built in 1928. In 1979, it was acquired by Mimo’s future husband, real estate tycoon Howard Ruby. The spouses acquired the neighboring and smaller mansion in 2010. The buildings cover 985 square meters and 465 square meters respectively.
According to speculation, Red plans to carry out extensive renovations to the estate. The entrepreneur had at his disposal spacious bedrooms, living rooms, a kitchen and several verandas. The site also has two swimming pools and dining areas. Interior features include hand-painted ceilings, colorful carpets and massive chandeliers.
Earlier, the mansion in the Bel Air area was purchased by the head of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige. He paid $52 million for it. Until that moment, the object was actively discussed on the network, as actor Ben Affleck and singer Jennifer Lopez considered it, but in the end the couple refused to buy.
