The city of Murcia will suffer the heat wave to a greater extent, with records of up to 30 degrees at ten o’clock at night on Saturday
The weather in the Region of Murcia will not be spared from a heat wave that will continue to hit the Peninsula this weekend. This is warned by the forecasts of the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet), which foresee temperatures in some parts of the Community that will approach 40 degrees.
This is the case of the city of Murcia, which will be the municipality that will register the highest temperatures. During this Friday day, the capital of the Region will have thermometers that will reach 38 degrees, with clear skies and a minimum of 21 degrees. Temperatures will remain similar for the rest of the weekend, reaching 30 degrees at 10 p.m. on Saturday.
In Caravaca de la Cruz, the maximum temperatures will remain between 35 and 36 degrees, while the minimum will range between 18 and 19 degrees. The municipality of Yecla registers this Friday temperatures of up to 37 degrees and clear skies that will remain during the rest of the weekend. These highs will be repeated next Saturday and will drop to 36 degrees on Sunday. In Lorca, the forecasts show identical temperatures for the entire weekend, with maximum temperatures of 37 degrees and a minimum of 20.
Cartagena will once again have the mildest temperatures in the entire Region, with a drop in maximum temperatures to 34 degrees on Saturday and Sunday. On the contrary, the minimum temperatures will remain at 25 degrees this weekend.
