The Ajman Club board of directors set a record for continuing for the fifth consecutive session, after the decision of His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, to renew the council, headed by Khalifa Al Jarman and his deputy, Ahmed Al Foora, Abdullah Al Dhaheri, Secretary General, Majid Al Mazrouei, supervisor of the first football team, and Nasser Al Dhafri. Executive Director, Yahya Khalaf Sultan Al Matrooshi, Supervisor of the Junior Sector and Ball School, Ahmed Al Shamsi, Supervisor of Individual Games, Issa Mohammed Al Shamsi, General Supervisor of Volleyball, Hamdan Mohammed Al Ali, Financial Director, and Mohammed Jaber Ahmed Al Shamsi. Sheikh Rashid bin Ammar Al Nuaimi also joined the board in the new session as Vice President of the Club. It is the infusion of new blood from the national cadres in the club.
The German Council took over the task in 2010, and by the end of the new session, the Council will have completed 15 years, which has never happened before in any club, but these years witnessed defeat, victory, relegation and winning championships.
The start for the board of directors was not easy after the team relegated to the first division by occupying the last place in the 2009-2010 season, after losing 18 games and achieving only two wins and two draws throughout the season, but the team returned again in the 2011-2012 season after an absence of a season. One in the first division and recorded a strong presence with his Iraqi coach Abdel Wahab Abdel Qader and finished the season in seventh place after winning 9 matches, drawing 4 and losing 9 matches. He lost in 10 matches.
This season was the most prominent in the “Orange” career, after winning the Etisalat Cup for professionals by defeating Al Jazira in the final 2-1 at Zabeel Stadium, a match recorded in the memory of Ajman fans, and in the 2013-2014 season, it achieved tenth place in the league table.
“Orange” relegated to the First Division again in the 2014-2015 season, after it came in the penultimate position in the standings table, losing in 15 games, winning in two and drawing in 9 matches, to miss two seasons in the First Division and return again in the 2017-2018 season, and scored A distinguished presence with his Egyptian coach Ayman Al-Ramadi by ending the season in eighth place with 7 wins, 5 draws and 10 losses, and rose to seventh place in the 2018-2019 season, after scoring 10 victories, 7 draws and 9 defeats.
In the 2019-2020 season, which was not completed, the team reached the tenth place after 19 weeks, and in the 2020-2021 season, the team finished its career in twelfth place and was close to relegation had it not been for the victory over Fujairah in the last round, to land Fujairah and Hatta and Ajman remains with the adults, and in the ending season Al-Burkan appeared in a completely different way with his Serbian coach Goran, as he presented good levels and finished the season in seventh place after winning 10 matches, drawing 5 and losing 11 matches.
In the other direction, the U-21 team is on the path to brilliance, after it finished the season in fourth place after Al-Ahly, Sharjah and Al-Ain and scored 50 points from 15 wins, 5 draws and 6 defeats, which means that the future of Orange will be better with the group of young players who will be promoted to the first team.
