Ottoman Fleet, under the supervision of Charlie Appleby, will participate in the King Edward VII Stakes in the second category, after a strong performance at the Fairway Stakes Listed in Newmarket in mid-May.
The ceremony will start with the Albany Stakes race for fillies of 1200 meters for the third category, with the participation of the young filly “Mouj” by Godolphin, under the supervision of Saeed bin Suroor, next to the “Alfinia” of Sheikh Mohammed bin Obaid Al Maktoum.
The Duke of Edinburgh Stakes, for a distance of 2,400 metres, will feature Godolphin’s “Brilliant Light” duo, supervised by Saeed bin Suroor, and “Trollerman”, supervised by John and Thaddy Gosden.
The Sandringham Handicap race over the mile is witnessing an abundance of numerical and qualitative Emirates horses, led by “Libya” by Shadwell, next to “Washra” by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and from the United Arab Emirates horses in the race “Ent Bethany” by Sheikh Saeed bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, and “Golden” Spice by Abdullah Al-Mansoori, and Menwa by Ahmed bin Touq.
