Yesterday the new service finally arrived. PSPlus to our region. However, as expected, the launch was not without problems. From games that were arriving at unexpected moments, as well as problems to buy the classic titles outside the subscription model. Nevertheless, The error that drew the most attention was a glitch that increased the prices of certain games to ridiculous levels.
Through social networks, several users began to report that some of Namco’s games, including Tekken 2, on the new PS Plus they could be purchased for the modest amount of $9,999.. This error was so conspicuous that even Katsuhiro Harada, producer of the Tekken series, made fun of this situation by mentioning:
“WHAT A WONDERFUL PRICE SONY”.
WHAT A MARVELOUS PRICE SONY https://t.co/dGoKPdwmD7

At the moment, it seems that this problem is not affecting all users, just some who have been very vocal. To accompany this error, it has been revealed that several people have had problems buying classic gamesas it appears only those with a PS Plus subscription can do so.
Currently, there is no response from PlayStation on these issues, but surely they are already working on them. In related topics, here you can check our video of the new PS Plus. Similarly, the classic games of this service do run at 60 Hz.
Editor’s note:
The PS Store and PlayStation Plus usually have errors of this type, so it should not be a great surprise that problems arise on a day as important as yesterday. The important thing is that PlayStation manages to offer a solution as soon as possible.
