Loris Spinelli and Max Weering dominate the Lamborghini Super Trofeo weekend at Paul Ricard, also winning Race 2.
Under the veiled sun and in a warm and humid environment that welcomed the protagonists of the single-brand del Toro, the couple of Bonaldi Motorsport once again brings their Huracan ST Evo2 # 61 to the finish line, victorious in absolute level and in the PRO Class.
Spinelli got off to a flying start from the Pole Position and, after a short period in the Safety Car due to Johan Boris Scheier (# 7 Arkhadia Racing) exiting, he stretched out, setting an unsustainable pace for everyone, then leaving the wheel to his Dutch colleague who managed well the situation.
Once again the affirmation for the winners, another second place arrives also for Milan Teekens / Marzio Moretti (# 54 Target Racing), authors of an excellent performance, while in the fight for the third place overall there were all sorts of things.
Massimo Ciglia / Lewis Williamson (# 27 Oregon Team) and Dan Wells / Oscar Lee (# 51 Rexal-FFF) were penalized with a few seconds added to the final time, dropping to fourth and fifth place respectively, but still maintaining the first two of the PRO-AM class.
This rewarded Manuel Bejarano (# 89 Imperiale Racing), who thus rises to the absolute and PRO podium, while still chewing bitter Amaury Bonduel (# 28 BDR by PROM), sixth at the end after serving a Drive-Through to be returned to the pits outside the allowed pit stop window.
The excellent Gabriel Rindone (# 21 Leipert Motorsport), winner of the AM class and closely followed by Milan Petelet / Dmitry Gvazava (# 9 Target Racing), is seventh, third in PRO-AM with a 10 “fine imposed on the Frenchman of the crew for having collided in the final Emanuel Colombini (# 78 VSR), who together with Emanuele Zonzini closes the Top10 behind David-Mihai Serban (# 18 Leipert Motorsport).
To complete the AM speech, second is Andrzej Lewandowski (# 55 GT3 Poland), third concludes Raffaele Giannoni (# 96 Automobile Tricolore).
In the LC Cup Another success for Donovan and Luciano Privitelio (# 8 Rexal-FFF), who overtake François Semoulin / Benoit Semoulin (# 26 Semspeed) after the stop. Third François Grimm (# 31 Boutsen Racing).
