It all starts with an image of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
With Mario Kart 8 Deluxe updated to version 2.0.0 and the DLC Additional Paths Pass available from today, the dataminers went straight in to see what they could find. Obviously, the dataminers were hoping to uncover some future tracks and it appears that is exactly what they found.
Dataminer MrNantendo took a look at the latest update and found a number of routes that could very well arrive in the near future. These tracks are not confirmed in any way, but since they are hidden in both the game’s source code and a Mario Kart 8 Deluxe image, it seems likely that they will arrive at some point. Here’s the list.
- Sydney Sprint (Tour)
- New York Minute (Tour)
- Singapore Speedway (Tour)
- Sydney Sprint (Tour)
- Mario Circuit (SNES)
- Sunset Wilds (SNES)
- DK Summit (Wii) -Maple Treeway (Wii)
- Waluigi Stadium (GCN)
- Rainbow Road (3DS)
- Merry Mountain (Tour)
- Vancouver Velocity (Tour)
- Sunset Wilds (GBA)
- Vanilla Lake (SNES)
Looks like we got a datamine leak after all. Courses on here includes:
– Sydney Sprint (tour)
– LA Laps (tour)
– Mario Circuit (SNES)
– Koopa Cape (Wii)Can you see any more? pic.twitter.com/uv6bGadUye

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe still has a lot to give players and the Additional Paths Pass confirms this. All that remains is to wait for the next tracks that will be added.
