The report spoke about the insurance system for workers in establishments, which the Insurance Complex has been implementing since October 2018, as an alternative and optional system to the bank guarantee system allocated to each worker at the rate of 3,000 dirhams, as it confirmed that it has proven a great success in protecting the worker from the repercussions of the employer’s refusal or inability to Payment of labor dues, with a total coverage amounting to a maximum of 20 thousand dirhams for the benefit of the beneficiary worker in the private sector, pointing out that the labor insurance system was developed in April 2021 in a way that achieves the greatest amount of benefit for both parties to the labor relationship. The insurance coverage includes additional labor dues and more flexible requirements.
