The Emirates Foundation for School Education has identified eight steps to complete the re-examinations scheduled for 12th grade students, and start from next Sunday, July 11, until Thursday, July 15. The Foundation called on government schools to abide by the steps it has adopted, to ensure that exams run normally, in the interest of the educational process and the student. The first step begins with making a quick inventory of the computers available in each school, ensuring that the devices are delivered to students who have re-exams, while providing the institution with a list of students who did not receive the devices, so that the institution’s digital business department can provide them with the necessary support urgently. The second step is to nominate teachers or change leaders, who have previously been trained in the mechanism of dealing with exams, to provide the necessary support to students, and direct them to communicate with smart learning specialists or technical support.
The third step is to ensure that the approved schedules are submitted to students who have a re-examination in one or more of the (A) subjects.
The fourth step is to ensure that students are notified of the repeat materials, and the fifth step is to assure students of the need to adhere to the dates and times specified and approved in the exam schedules, and the sixth step is to return the computers to students who have the “general education, tolerance” exam, and the seventh step is to emphasize the students the need to have a safe browser On their computers (Windows, Mac, iPad, and Android versions), the eighth step is to inform students of the communication channels during the examination period, in case they encounter any technical problems, or do not obtain an exam scorecard, for students of private schools and tolerance, to deal With them through the follow-up team formed in the examination committee.
